About Varikit

I'm a designer by training, with a Master's from Finland and over 14 years building brands at the intersection of design and Chinese manufacturing.

Every time I launched a new product, the first thing I wanted was a proper label. Something that said this is mine. But finding a reliable, low-MOQ label producer was harder than it should have been. Most factories had minimums that made no sense for a small seller testing a product. So I started making labels myself, by hand.

Over time, I added equipment. Then more equipment. What started as a workaround became an in-house thermal transfer studio in Shanghai, built specifically for sellers who are at the beginning of their private label journey.

That's Varikit. We work with independent sellers and small businesses who have found their product and are ready to make it their own, without committing to thousands of units before they know it will sell.

What we do Custom thermal transfer labels, sample inspection, and product photography. Everything between "I found a product" and "this is my brand."

Ready-made labels are available on our Temu stores if you want to start today. We recently started taking custom projects through Upwork as a way to reach more small businesses directly.

This store is currently being rebuilt. We're expanding beyond ready-made labels to bring all our services under one roof, including custom branding, sample inspection, and product photography. More coming soon.
